Rakugan

Designed around the theme of traditional Japanese sweet called “Rakugan”, this room features a king size bed and a private bath. In this room, several parts of the original structure were preserved, such as wooden beams at the entrance, ceiling panels in the bedroom, sections of “tsuchikabe” (mud walls) and antique windows characteristic of kyomachiyas. Additionally, the room features several contemporary objects that were custom designed to highlight the theme.
